I just want to be able to speak with a human being to hopefully arrange to get a Sky engineer out to sort out my Sky box so I can watch the tv service that I am paying for.
If I could fix it myself I would.
But I can’t.

Why are these big companies allowed to get away with poor service to their paying customers.
There should be someone, a person in Sky I can speak with to explain the problem I am encountering.
Sky are not alone, I know.
