Ideas for hiding this air con unit please

It needs clearance of at least 600mm on the side nearest the doors and 3ft in front of the fan. Sorry for mixing my units of measurement. I don’t care about disguising the other side, just the front and side nearest the doors.

Has anyone else disguised a similar unit? I had no idea they needed so much clearance for air flow, I thought I could just stick trellis around it ☹️

Could it be moved higher up the wall instead? Presumably the location was discussed with you beforehand?

I wasn’t involved in the decision to locate it there. It wouldn’t be anywhere on that wall if I was.
