Hey everyone have a wedding in literally 24days I’ve already lost 34lbs but need to lose about 8lbs more to reach my goal weight I’ve had a rough few weeks consistent then have a day or two cheat days but pick myself back up yesterday had some friends around haven’t seen them in a while we had kebab and treats and snacks and yes I went overboard but I had a great day yesterday anyway can I lose 8-10lbs in 24 days aiming 1200 calories doctor said that amount is fine for a short time with 4 days of workouts ?
