Anyone else's child had a lingering sore tummy after illnesses?

Hey! Does anyone know of a tummy bug going around that consists of just sore tummy for couple of weeks? My little one has been to dr and suspect uti or constipation but it’s still not shifting! She’s on day two of three day course of antibiotics and now says ear lil sore 🙈 she’s been sick with chicken pox and ear infection just before all this! She’s just fed up 🙈

My DD suffered from tummy aches often, whenever she had an infection. Causes the lymph nodes in the tummy area to swell and then causes pain. It’s nothing particularly worry about though, as is quite common with young children.

Thank you so much! I should’ve said she has tested positive for uti! It just seems like she’s had sore tummy for six weeks nearly now but in that has had vomiting bug chicken pox, virus, ear infection and now this 🙁 I brought her to a and e coz her tummy got that bad and thought was appendix where she had explosive diahrea and tested positive for uti! She suffers from constipation so think she might be constipated too so on antibiotic, stool softener and laxative for few days 🙈 poor thing!
