No alcohol. It’s awful for you. I treated myself to a small iced matcha this morning though!

I have had a glass of wine while out shopping (I take the bus).

Yesterday I had the most ridiculous amount of wine as I wasn't working and I took myself out to lunch.

Tomorrow- not sure. Have some pressing matters to deal with so possibly nothing.

I had 3 large gin and tonics yesterday. Getting collected at 5pm to go out for some pre wedding (not mine, my cousins) drinks with the girls in the family 🥳 kids don’t know yet, they’ll moan about me leaving them 😂😂

One glass of white wine in a pub garden last night. Thinking of opening. 0% beer as I swing in my egg chair in my garden admiring the planting I did this morning. Cheers!

I’ve recently discovered a very delicious wine called Mirabeau pure rose, very tasty! Had a glass with lunch yesterday and planning another in the garden once I finish the rabbit hutch.

1 limemcello spritz
1 tea martini
1 prosecco

Heading out for cocktails in an hour, starting with a martini. Then will have wine and cocktails in the garden later.

Then no more drinks until next weekend.

For a laugh I made a jug of ahem, white wine Sangria or whatever you'd like to christen it, maybe it exists already, but I always associated Sangria with red wine, Spain and sombreros.

Anyway, I just made it up as I went along, it was a bottle of white stuff (I had some Verdejo in the cupboard since christmas), some lemonade, a couple of glasses of cava, a couple of shots of Carlos V (brandy from Spain), and sliced lemons and oranges. And ice. All gone amongst 4 within an hour or so. Some of them look glazed, it's the heat I reckon ha ha. I don't drink myself so had the AF Italian Spritz from Lyres. Gorgeous.

Sounds delicious. I can’t drink in the day in the sun . Makes me feel awful. I drink less alcohol these days and am exploring AF alternatives. Botivo is ok but a bit vinegary. Anyone had Mother Root? Where did you buy the Italian spritz @maftaz?

Everything sounds lovely!! Events, drinks and sun! Had a rare break away with DH and enjoyed a bottle of white yesterday and CAKE.

Got some organic white from M&S but haven't opened it yet. Still time in the day!

friday night I’m on sports pick up for dc, today I’ve had a lot of jobs to do and just sitting in the sun in my own garden for the last hour or so has been blissful. Won’t have any tomorrow either.
It generally makes me feel grotty the next day although I’m fine with one pint, so I’m quite strategic when I do drink and it has to be something worth it! I enjoy drinking but it doesn’t like me very much.

I got the non alcohol spritz in Tesco. It looks like Aperol and tastes great, drinking friends tell me it tastes and smells very like the real thing. I just added soda water to it with ice and lemon, big glass and a straw. I could have been in Venice ha ha. The Lyre brand has lots of things like gin, whisky, rum, sparkling wines and so on. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for I suppose!

Uh oh, I have no idea, I prefer to drink it just with ice in a glass! Someone else might though.... Although I can't see why not, it's just like a cordial, Italian style! I don't think I'd give it to kids though, the ingredients are kind of "adult" flavour IYSWIM 😊

4 pints in the beer garden yesterday and a couple of gins at home.
Had 2 beers this afternoon and just had a nice walk in the sun. We definitely have more beers and /or gin in a bit

How my Friday started after going out for lunch with a friend and then coming back to mine for cocktails, then my neighbours came over and we listened to 80’s music in the garden whilst talking shit and drinking champagne.

Had to make the most of the sunshine ☀️

I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but if I did it would have definitely been a glass or 2 or 3 of Moscato with a few ice cubes 👌
