How much monthly spending money does a student in Glasgow need?

DD is starting uni in September (Glasgow) and we're trying to figure out finances. We'll pay for her accommodation (uncatered) and need to work out how much monthly income she will need to live - food, travel (outings only, she can walk to uni), activities, fun, etc. This will come from some combination of a loan, an allowance from us and anything DD can earn (still to be figured out).

We don't want to be too extravagant but also want her to be able to have fun and do stuff. Any advice from people with DC at uni?

Following, sorry dd is off to Dundee.
She is disabled and gets pip so no job.
Min loan.
I'm trying to get her to understand she'll be eating lots of ramen. If she wants to go out.
She's looking at where the aldi/lidl/iceland are.

Around £80 to £100 week, depending on whether they walk or bus to uni

Our daughter isn't in Glasgow but we average around £100 a week. She doesn't drink much or go clubbing tho. But she does love cooking a lot! So does probably spend more than average on food shopping!
