Recommendations for noise-cancelling headphones or ear defenders for garden use

Could I get some recommendations please for noise cancelling headphones or ear phones? Or even ear defenders? I don't necessarily want them for listening to music, as I want them to block out my neighbours music so I can actually enjoy my garden this summer. TIA

I was looking at the Loop earplugs but I don't know if these would work in my situation? Does anyone have any experience with these? Ideally I'd still be able to hear people talking to me but without me having to hear the neighbours music which really sets me on edge.

Me again lol - my children use loops and they tend to be used to reduce background noises for autistic kids who suffer with noise issues. My children use them for this but you can still hear
