I’ve only had my Oura ring a few months and I love it, but I can’t get my stress levels down below 4 hours on a good day and the most restorative I’ve ever had was 1 hour when I had a nap one Sunday. It’s usually nothing!
I’ve had a pretty stressful few years (DH affair, cancer, house moves, money worries etc) and was attacked when I was younger which means I’m still pretty twitchy generally and have night terrors / PTSD. But seriously, how do you lower your baseline stress and how much do you all have?!
