Because they always cheer me up.

The most recent one I've seen this one. The OP said people using school as childcare meant that they didn't value education.

Cue pretty much every poster saying well of course they valued education but the fact it allowed parents to work as their children were being looked after in school couldn't be ignored. This was then followed by a series of nonsensical posts by the OP saying teachers weren't there to look after kids, only her and her husband ever brought their kids up and she never used school as childcare while admitting at the same time, she had vests amount of grandparent support when she was working and also worked while her kids were at school. Complete madness.

There was also another thread where the actual subject matter was very sad. A poster had a child who clearly had severe developmental needs and was about 3 or 4. If I remember (and it was not that long ago), the child was physically aggressive, had severe meltdowns, language delay and would even try and climb out a window.

The OP and her husband were very understanding struggling to cope and at their wits end. The OP was posting for advice and while there were some a good advice but I'll never forgot one response which was:

"In your shoes, OP I'd have another baby"

WTAF?! And she wasn't the only one suggesting it either! I wish I could find it to repost it!
