Woolovers and Pavers catalogues how to stop

Any suggestions please?
I once bought a jumper from Woolovers (did not like the texture of the really rough merino and returned it) but now I get lots of their catalogues mailed to me. I have contacted their customer services by email and asked them to stop, asked to removed from their mailing list and said I did not intend to buy anything from them in the future- but it has made no difference.
And now I have started getting their Hotter shoes catalogues (which are vile).

They obviously do not care about the basic rules of GDPR that if someone -even a past customer- asks you to remove them from marketing they must conform.
How can I stop getting these catalogues.
It is so unecological and makes me vow never to buy anything from them every time I get one of these catalogues.
What can I do to make them go away

( before anyone mentions this I ticked no marketing when i placed the original order)

@Mum2Fergus Thank you, tried it made no difference

Also made no difference for the random man that kept having his Chelsea Building society statement come to our address
