Ideas for a budget UK 40th celebration weekend with friends

Hi, just thought I'd come on Mumsnet looking for a bit of inspiration. Myself and 2 of my closest friends are all turning 40 within weeks of each other. We have been best friends since primary/high school so a long time. We want to plan something memorable and exciti g we can do around early November time. The only issue is we are crap at planning anything. No one knows where to go or what to do. Any ideas for spa getaways or fun experiences you have done or what you would like to do. Please let me know 😃 we don't mind a bit of travelling, but ideally in the UK and were on a budget as well x

In a similar situation we all met up for the weekend at my house and hired ebikes and did some local bike rides and ended up at a nice cafe. We were going to do a hot tub/spa dip at a local beach but something - I can't remember what - scuppered the plans. It was a lovely day....even though it was November.

November birthdays can kinda suck! I usually go away to Spain for the weekend - Malaga - cheap flights and cheap hotel and nice food.

How much of a budget?

Roughly £500-£600 for 3-4 nights away.
