Hello, I booked and paid extra for a Haven caravan holiday which is this weekend and the app has been showing my accommodation as '3 Fairview' until now, where it's changed to '? Fairview'. I picked this caravan to be close to friends who are also going and will be disappointed if its not in the area I want to be in. Does anyone work for Haven or had this before? I'm going to contact them but can't until much later in the day because of work meetings.
