Gigs - why presale tickets at one venue but not another?

Im hoping to get tickets to a gig. The band are playing 5 venues. The general sale starts at the same time for all the venues. I'm expecting the tickets to sell out.

4 venues have a presale 2 days before the general. The 5th venue does not have any presale. I want to go to the 5th venue.

Does anyone know why do venues/bands do this? Does it mean they expect 5th venue to sell out if they did a presale? I've only ever seen them do presales on all venues.

Some venues have different conditions, also require different ticket agencies sometimes due to contracts

I know that venue has done presales in the past? All tickets are through ticketmaster (boooo!).

But there isnt anything deeply meaningful about it?

It may have a presale you don't know about? Some people like Amex or 02 maybe involved. Or it might be tentative date. TM control the venues/market
