How to get rid of scar after surgery

I had surgery over 6 months ago and have a keloid type scar on my abdomen which doesn’t seem
to be fading. I don’t like the way it looks. I’ve tried bio oil and it doesn’t seem to be making much difference..any other ideas

Can you share a pic at all, or something similar from online?
I had keyhole surgery that left lumpy strange scars and they eventually faded to nothing, really didn’t think they were going to
whereas a more extreme keloid type I’m not sure
