How did I get to 50 something before I found I out Jim Steinman wrote, "I'd Like to Teach the World the Sing"? The Paul Gambaccini Collection on Radio 2 tonight is a Jim Steinman special.

It was Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway that wrote the Pepsi song. Steinmann didn't have a hit until Meatloaf but may have written something Bette Midler recorded. Cook and Greenaway had a long run of hits they wrote for others and Cook had a successful band Blue Mink
