Hey! Getting my upper wisdom tooth out and I’m pretty nervous! What is everyone’s experience? I’ve had both my bottom ones out and recovery was awful with both! Hoping uPPer ones are easier recovery 🤞

Me. I’ve had them all out. To be honest I had a very torrid time with one of my upper ones. I got dry socket and it was extremely painful and I felt dreadful. But that’s not to say that’s a given. Make sure you keep the wound clean and follow the instructions and you should be fine.

I had all four put together and found recovery ok. Managed to avoid any infection etc. I think sometimes people can be unlucky. Good luck

I was absolutely fine and recovered quickly. I have to get a bone graft in my lower jaw soon, and I'm scared of that as I've heard it's very painful when healing

I think everyone is different. I had too and bottom out (one side at a time) and had a horrendous time. The dentist split my lip as they were awful to get out. But then my friend had hers out and was absolutely fine!!

I had mine taken out as an emergency, when I was full term! It was fine. It was massive aswell, the dentist was amazed how big the root was. I didnt find the recovery painful at all, but i was in pain before it was removed. I was worried about dry socket, but nothing happened.
