Lots of weird body symptoms…What could it be ?

Around 2 years ago I started getting a numb tip of nose and it felt really weird.
That went away but my arms and legs sometimes would feel weak and like I couldn’t grip ,only lasting minutes.
A few months ago I started getting a twitch in my face that lasted a week and that went away but my middle finger on same side was tingling and when I tapped it ..it vibrated.
Now the same side I’m having arm pain, aching and random shooting pains in bottom of arm..that comes and goes.
My hand feels burning and sore to touch parts of hand.
Isnt all the time,just random.
Doctor says it’s all to do with my anxiety
I don’t believe it
Ever since I was diagnosed with anxiety 20 years ago ..everything gets blamed on this.

What could it be ?

Ask for blood tests, in writing if necessary, so you can’t be fobbed off.
Low B12, low Folate, Vit D, Low ferritin can all cause weird twitching/pins & needles/numbness/pains, thyroid issues can also cause muscles pains & weakness, as well as anxiety/depression.
If they come back ‘normal’ check your levels against the labs reference ranges. Low end of normal is not optimal, and you can still be symptomatic if in the low end of normal range.
Many of us have had to do our own research and treat ourselves to begin to feel ‘normal’. It’s an absolute disgrace.
Interestingly ferritin can be marked normal as low as 15/20, but for good MH to alleviate anxiety, it needs to be up towards 100, and needs to be above 70 for healthy hair growth!
