I’ve got my first tray in as we speak ! One of my front teeth feels a little sensitive so I’m hoping that doesn’t get worse as I go on…
The brand is “boutique”

What can I expect ?

Yes I had the boutique whitening, night time trays. The results were amazing, I was strict with no tea and coffee for 3 weeks.

The sensitivity was awful first couple of days, but either it reduced or I got used to it as the days went on. Ibuprofen helped.

I’m on day 5 of boutique. The first two nights I only kept the trays in for 2 hours and had quite a bit of sensitivity, but it’s been absolutely fine since and doing it overnight

Great to hear good results although a little worried about the sensitivity as my teeth can be prone to it already…
the dentist said to use the fluoride toothpaste in the trays for a night if it gets bad

Sensodyne Repair and Protect toothpaste or Colgate Sensitive. I speak as an experienced teeth whitener!.

Also thanks for the sensitive toothpaste suggestions, I do actually have the prescription stuff from the dentist, is that any different to otc stuff you can buy?

Is it duraphat you’ve got? If so yes - it didn’t work for me so I went exploring elsewhere!

Dentist recommended Sensodyne for me but told me it HAS to be Repair and Protect.
