Suggestions for a child-free two-night city break

Looking for a 2 night break with husband (child free!) in Europe (or England possibly).
Flights max 2.5 hours from London ideally less.
We like wandering around cities sight seeing, stopping off at nice pubs or wine bars and relaxed dinners.
Any suggestions? Have done Prague (loved), Rome and Budapest before.

Granada is a great city and this time of year (before June as it’s very hot after June) is perfect for visiting the Alhambra. The Alhambra is stunning and worth making the visit.
Fly to Malaga and it’s an easy train journey (about an hour) up to Granada.
