How do you use LinkedIn effectively without all the AI posts?

I just joined LinkedIn for the first time as I’m looking to change career. I’ve tried to be selective in who I follow and it has been useful seeing companies / charities / roles I didn’t know even existed. But it also feels like a giant Chat GPT spewing machine. 95% of the posts are clearly AI written, with short sentences, lots of spacing and repeated phrases “Here’s the thing” and “X matters” (replace X with any word like “diversity” “representation” “inclusion”.

Honestly, I find it depressing, as most people surely must?

Is there a way I should be using it to maximum effect? Do I just use it to keep an eye on job roles I’m keen on?

I don’t have that problem, since it locked me out, and despite trying everything I can’t get back in to finish updating my profile - leaving me with a half finished LinkedIn profile that looks like I have next to no job experience 😡
