I have Psoriasis, as does DP - and he's got a patch on his shin right now that looks exactly like that, which will go on to develop the silvery top over the next week.

By the way, if you've been told if it itches, it can't be Psoriasis, they're wrong. Mine itch so much, they burn.

Is it on the back of your hand, did it come on suddenly or slowly, does it itch or tingle, have you got it anywhere else

I think it also has a look of shingles.

Granuloma annulare?

This is a good shout too. I have both psoriasis and granuloma annulare and they do look similar at the start but psoriasis changes whereas if it’s something like granuloma annulare, it can grow over the course of years. If I had to pick, I’d go for GA all the time though.
