Has anyone ordered from Blinds2go recently and had issues with their order?

We ordered 3 roller blinds last month and every single one has an issue that means we can't install it. Their customer service has been terrible. So frustrating!

Oh no how frustrating. I really like Blinds2Go - their customer service has always been so helpful for me in the past.

They were super helpful when I gave the wrong size for a compression fit blind (by 1cm but they need to be exact) and replaced it FOC

I used to like them years ago.
The customer service is abysmal now. I actually gave up and took the loss at the end.

I've ordered from them twice before in the last few years and it's been fine but we didn't need to contact customer service. This time, they've made two of the blinds in such a way that they don't fit the brackets. For the other blind, they won't provide brackets that match the instructions. And now they've just stopped responding! I emailed them earlier with a formal complaint and I'm intending to do a chargeback if it's not resolved in a week.

Just so annoying, one set of brackets is already fitted so now we have to work round the holes when we eventually get other blinds!
