first time shopping online with iceland, or maybe that should be first time trying to!
Just spent over an hour filling my basket, I then placed the order, I got a noticifaction from my bank (not taken out) just letting me know the amount that will be taken. then nothing. no email confirmation, if i go back to iceland account my basket is now empty and if i go to my orders there is nothing there.
called iceland to be told to try it again, so just spent another hour filling basket again only for the same thing to happen.
I live alone, have zero food in and have a back injury and am almost bed bound, I can't go out, i can't carry bags etc and the only one that could deliver today was iceland, if i go to something like ubereats its almost twice the price and i can't afford it.
no point me trying again now as missed the cut off for delivery today, anyone else having issues? i'm now scared they will take the money for two orders from my bank, if they do i then won't be able to get any food to replace it as don't get paid until next week..
