Ordered a specially printed Tshirt on line, size all wrong

I knew, as it was custom made, I couldn't return it, so I was very careful with the size.

I only ordered from this site because, helpfully thay had a diagram of the tshirts and showed the measurement from armpit to armpit and shoulder to hem.

I measured carefully against one of my best fitting tshirts and ordered the appropriate size.

It's 3 inches wider than the measurements and 2 inches shorter.

It's a small business offering a niche product. Worth challenging?

Absolutely. I used to sell t shirts on Etsy and supplied the same type of chart you mention. If someone received a shirt so far out I’d be taking it up with my manufacturer, and most likely they would send out another. Definitely reach out, and definitely give the seller a chance to correct the error rather than writing a poor review.
