Cartoon theme tune.....

Okay this is an extremely long shot. Does anyone remember a cartoon from the 80's/90's with a theme tune that went......"wee, wow....la la la la"!
My son asked earlier and it's frankly driving us both mad!!! Have listened to endless possibilities on YouTube so asking the great brains of the hive mind!! Thank you for any suggestions 🙏❤️💐
So far I've tried.... Jamie and the magic torches, Chorlton and the wheelies, dogtanion etc

I will work on this (think of every cartoon in my head all night!)

@Talipesmum isn't it. It’s so cute. My eldest was watching it on CBeebies… Or maybe Milkshake… not that many years ago. I would be singing it around the house on repeat.
