Sores on back of knees, any ideas? Pic attached

DH developed red marks on back of knees both side. Says not sore feela dey but very red.
Any ideas???

Contact dermatitis? My husband gets rashes like that when I change laundry stuff on his arms.

Wondering if bit of eczema or has started woking in a really dirty/dusty warehouse his clothrs are covered I think he should change his trousers more too!

Yes us too I stick to same laundry liquid now.

Put some sudocrem on them

Middle aged eczema?

It’s got the characteristic symmetry. Should be itchy though.
