There are rats in my kitchen and they’re making my life a misery. Pest control have been visiting for two and a half weeks, for the first two the bait was untouched. Apparently they were coming up through a drain two doors up (now repaired) but my neighbours drain is also faulty and that’s a HMO- the landlord is uncontactable.
The pest controller came again today and they’re making more noise than ever behind the washing machine right now- it sounds like they’re trying to dig their way out?
They have come up from the cupboard under the stairs and run in under the oven, I want to seal everything up (everywhere else has solid flooring over the floorboards) but the pest controller says not to do that until they’re killed?
I can’t sleep, I’ve no faith this is working or will work- looking for assurance from anyone who has actually eradicated rats
