Ideas for freezer friendly family lunches after my husband's new job

After being made redundant DH has finally got a job after 100s of applications. Woohoo! I work long hours and he is now working shorter hours than he used to. We have got used to having one parent at home who does all lunchbox prep etc. can I have some ideas for lunches that we can prep in advance? Ideally something for all of us (2adults 2 children). Both of our children are autistic and can be funny around some textures. Most sandwiches are out. So far I’ve made a quiche, five bean chilli and pasta as these can be made at the weekend and used or frozen. Can anyone suggest any ideas for lunches that can be prepped and frozen at the weekend?

What about things like samosas, onion bhajis, falafel etc? Fine cold, edpecially if you have a pot of chutney/sauce to dip. If put in the lunchbox frozen they defrost by lunchtime.
