I am sad and full of rage. Pretty much all day every day.
I already know that I need to lose weight, improve diet, spend more time being active and outside, and improve my sleep (hindered by a poor sleeping 1yr old). I know tackling all of those will hopefully see my mood improve, and I am making steps in all those areas.
But are there any supplements I can take to help? Natural remedies? What about homeopathy?
I'm probably being very selfish but just at the moment I don't want to go down the antidepressant route
