Anyone ever tried on of those colon cleanse supplements?

So I don’t have a gallbladder and since it was removed sometimes I struggle with stomach pains which usually turn out to be trapped wind/ and or backed up poo! Lovely!

I had a particularly bad bout of this this week and in desperation ordered these colon cleanse pills from Amazon. They are natural.

Holy hell! I took two last night before bed as instructed. By 2pm this afternoon nothing had happened and I was raging! So I took another one! Cue six hours later me absolutely destroying the toilet three times in quick succession. And…I don’t know how to say this without sounding grosser than I already have but the smell! It’s obviously all old poo!

I feel amazing now, about a stone lighter!! Just wondering if they had worked for anyone else?

i'd go really careful if I were you as my old neighbour took some and shat all their keratin out and all their hair turned white in less then 36 hours. Now they have to wear false nails as those fell off too and she has an active court case and sueung for millions

There’s nothing exciting about colon cleanse, laxatives have been round for ages. The ones you buy online aren’t powerful enough to clear you out but real clear outs are available with the treatments before a colonoscopy- they have no long term effect on weight or health.

Ok…sooo has anyone taken a laxative and feel miles better?
