Anyone in Haven Holiday Park, Hayle?

DH has arrived in a 3 bed van with his 90 year old mother. They can't see how to put the heating on and are cold. Does anyone know how they can do this, or is it centrally controlled? Thanks.

All haven caravans are the same, there’s thermostats on the wall- one usually in living room and one in main bedroom
