How would you combine this toilet and bathroom into one room?

How would you lay this toilet and bathroom out into one room?

We want to knock through (it's fine structurally to do this) and make one bathroom.

Don't have exact floor plan, sorry. Same dimensions though.

The red scribble is a bath, not a shower as on diagram.
The door is actually where the black bit is...

I'm paralysed with indecision.

Waste can be moved as needed.

Block up door into current toilet
toilet under window
sink along that wall too
showrr where it is

Remove the wall between the toilet and wash basin, putting in a half wall so they can remain in situ which would be much cheaper. OR You could install a wall at an angle from the original toilet door to the furthest point of the bedroom door and then just turn the toilet to sit on the back wall.
