Does anyone get these weird symptoms??

So sometimes I feel a bit off and need to wee lots. I then eat carbs and they almost soak up the excess wee and I feel fine. That's not normal is it ?

I know carbs aren't going to travel to my bladder and stop it but somehow it works

If you haven't eaten your muscles will burn up the glycogen stored in them releasing water. That's why at the start of a diet you lose water weight. If you carb load you replace your glycogen stores and store water.

If you are eating loads of carbs, are you drinking less water? A lot of people mistake hunger for thirst, eating instead of drinking. Are you doing the opposite, filling your belly up with carbs, which means you inadvertently drink less in the hours that follow?
