Is there a low cost or free vet scheme for those without insurance / on benefits?
MIL has 3 cats and a dog. Apparently she stopped the insurance years ago and didn’t tell us now as the animals are older they need vet appts and she asked to borrow money for this. Is there some kind of help she can access? She’s 70 if relevant . I’ve tried to google but not sure as don’t have pets so have no idea !
