Evidently, a number of ‘lurkers’ are loving and liking my last two posts.

Hard to argue with them.

TemperanceWest · 19/04/2026 08:49

Troika. I am asking you nicely. Do the decent thing and toddle off to the LiW thread, there's a good chap.

PickAChew · 19/04/2026 08:57

I've been making something with dinosaurs. I haven't been able to sew much, lately so I've really enjoyed getting stuck in and seeing my plans for the fabric come to life. It's given me quite the mental boost.

I am glad to see so many read our thread, hope they enjoy the cat taxes

Tax dodgers like Richard Tice

Now we learn he set up four shell companies that let him avoid paying £100,000 he owed in tax and to then transfer the cash to Reform

Why is there an apostrophe after Brussels?

ETA Need coffee - it’s a quotation mark.

😂

There is a certain set of Tories--> Reform who are obsessive about 'cultural Marxism' ánd the idea that the education system brainwashes young people (all of Reform+ Badenoch+ Cates+ Goodwin obvs). This is a hilarious stretch though. Maybe we should ensure they are only allowed to go to Italy.

ETA - obviously they are feeding this to us now to justify some fairly horrendous education policies they plan to introduce, funding cuts and the exodus of teachers from the profession at all levels of education that will ensue.

They're obviously here for the 'likes' and wouldn't get the same attention on their home ground where they all post the same thing

It's all basically attention-seeking

Your post is rude and patronising.

Very true. Best ignored.

Piggywaspushed · 19/04/2026 09:30

Guys GUYS!

Just ignore, for crying out loud.

You are doing exactly what is required and expected of you. Stop feeding.

Maybe they’re related to that troubled gran who screenshots likes for everyone to admire - and makes a zillionty threads on the subject.

The number of threads started on gran use/not interested me - I started wondering if it were a string of bots gathering data for whether the elderly had any value.

Notonthestairs · 19/04/2026 09:35

You are correct Piggy.

It is weird and obsessive though.

City or Everton? Actually I'd like both to win 😄

DuncinToffee · 19/04/2026 09:18

Here is the article on Tice and his taxes

For those readers who had a go at Rayner, ?

Oddly has not made the front pages of the Mail or the Telegraph.

Funny that. Astonishingly The Times has given it four pages. They reckon he owes around £1 million.

Notonthestairs · 19/04/2026 09:55

Gooner family here (although I support a different, far more lowly team)

Anyone has a non paywalled link to the Times article?

Archive isn't working for me at the mo
