I have sold an item , buyer wants to cancel , no problem except I don’t know how to , have asked her to cancel her end but she hasn’t yet and keeps asking me to cancel my end
question if I work out how to cancel and do so , do I get automatic negative feedback back ?
thank you

That seems quite cheeky if her. She should be the one to cancel not you. I don't use vinted. I dont think I would cancel in your position. She needs to either cancel or pay up.

She should cancel, she’s the one who wants to! You don’t have to agree or do anything.

Thank you for the reply’s but can you tell me do I get negative feedback if I cancel ?

I googled this. It really isn't very clear. A cancellation by a seller gets an automatic one star negative review. But cancellation by mutual agreement is ok. Tell her to cancel and say by mutual agreement. Don't risk a negative review as you've done nothing wrong.

If you get a negative review, I’m pretty sure you can comment underneath and say the reason. X

If you cancel, your rating will be affected.

If she does, hers will be.

probably why she wants you do be the one to do it.

Thank you all for answers , I messaged her again with a screen shot of Vinted reply that the buyer should cancel and she cancelled herself . Why do some people make things harder that they need to ?!
