Dd randomly vomiting- what could this be? Worried

My DD aged 6 has been randomly vomiting this week for no obvious reason. First time was on Sunday when she was just getting changed for bed and suddenly vomited on the floor. She was then absolutely fine until Wednesday, when she vomited twice and had a high temperature for literally one afternoon, then was again completely fine until this evening, when she was asleep and suddenly woke up and was sick all over her bed. I am really puzzled by what this could be. It doesn’t seem to be a vomiting bug because she has only been occasionally sick. She does have allergies to fish, nuts and legumes but I am completely sure that she hasn’t eaten any of those things, and indeed she hasn’t eaten anything out of the ordinary this week. Does anyone have any advice or thoughts please? Thank you!

There has been a weird sickness bug doing the rounds at our school that involved intermittent vomiting.

Really? Where are you based roughly, if you don’t mind my asking?

Lancashire. Weirdest sick bug I’ve dealt with and with three kids prone to picking them up I’ve seen a lot. No diarrhoea either

As predicted- she is fine again this morning!

That’s good! Hopefully it’s a phase that has now ended!

Do you have a carbon monoxide alarm? This happened to my friends daughter and it turned out their boiler was faulty and leaking CO into the loft. Afterwards she realised her DD was sick when in the room with the loft hatch in ( she herself had also been getting headaches but ignored it as she suffered from migraines anyway).
