14th birthday party

What did your teens do for their 14th? DD is turning 14 soon and we are stumped for ideas. Last birthday was roller skating and sushi making at home and they had lots of fun. I know some just hang out at home, have pizza but that's not really the one thing round here. They do not love watching movies either otherwise a trip to the cinema could have worked.

What type of birthday parties and get togethers did your 14/15 year olds enjoy?

My DD seems to mainly get invited to murder mystery parties or at home escape rooms also are popular . You can buy the game online and then advise guests of the theme and their characters . If you want any more details I can tell you my Dds favourite ones!

Yes please!

I like the idea of an at home party. But does escape room mean, I have to be the game master and they will go around all over my house (and find my mess)?

Maybe others will be along with other ideas , but this is the kind of thing I mean. I can get more details from my DD if helpful. I need to add we haven’t ever hosted but these are what she seems to always do and enjoy !

My son did go carting this year and next year said he wants to go bowling if she’d like that or I know friends who have organised spa experiences for teens either at home with a beauty therapist or in a salon?

Our grandaughters have had at home spa parties, bell tent in the garden sleep overs, Thorpe Park, Lush parties, shopping at Westfield then lunch with 4 friends.

Ten pine bowling or cinema and food after ? My sons regularly do this with a few friends x
