Do NHS interview invitations come from recruitment or the hiring manager?

Are NHS job application updates sent via the recruitment team or hiring manager?
I applied for a job which they shortlisted for yesterday afternoon but I haven’t had an update via TRAC. Interviews are scheduled for Wednesday. Do the panel notify the recruitment team on who to invite to interview?

HR handle the admin.

The hiring manager enters all the interview details on trac at shortlisting, date, time location, presentation requirements etc, hr then forward this invite on to the shortlisted candidates

do you know if shortlisted applicants receive an outcome at the same time as unsuccessful applicants?

Yes as long as its a definite no thank you, we can keep you on a reserve list for if a shortlisted candidate declines interview, then we'd offer you interview. In this case we wouldn't notify you to say no thank you til we'd heard back from all shortlisted candidates

So if I haven’t heard anything at all, is it likely no one has heard anything either?
