Feeling down - no time for 'hobbies'

Went to the Dr today, it was a HRT checkup. I went through my shitty symptoms - feeling exhausted, anxiety, poor sleep, hair falling out, going grey etc. Youngish Dr asked did I think this HRT is helping. Then started going on about periods and do I make time for my hobbies etc. I nearly laughed out loud. I have zero time for hobbies, if I even knew what to do got a hobby. I'm basically either working in the office, driving my kids around to their activities, doing housework, life admin or looking after elderly parents/relations. My life just seems so miserable and boring and I desperately need a makeover but don't have the time or headspace. Can anyone else relate? I'm in 40s with pre-teen kids. Does it get any better?

Yes. I took up yoga and it’s changed my life. I make time for it, classes and YouTube videos. I’ve started looking after me more, hair and skin care. I’ve stopped prioritising everything else. Apart from the kids!
