Who to contact about Air Bnb noise?

I’m in flats and there’s an Air BnB above me which I’m not thrilled about to say the least but with the current guests, the noise is ridiculous. The constant thumping and banging is going on all day and at 2am the other night. The ceiling is vibrating.

Is it better to talk with the guests first or to contact Air bnb first? Or the property manager?

TIA

I'd start with a polite word to the current AirBnB 'guests'. They may be unaware that the noise carries.
If they don't improve, I'd move on to the property manager who should then go and have a word with them. Presumably the property manager is the one who listed the flat on AirBnb?
If they don't improve after the PM talks to them, then you could contact AirBnb to leave bad feedback about the PM/AirBnb host.

The renters, the police and AirBandB in pretty well that order.

In our case the renters/party animals ignored us, the police eventually showed up which we informed AirBandB of. After a repeat performance they took the property off the website.

Thank you both. I really appreciate your responses.
