Our heating oil was down to the quarter this week and as we get a top up automatically every quarter we decided not to cancel and up in case we cant get oil later in the year.

We bought 650lts which is usually between £450.00/£500.00.

Today it was £978.00 !

In Scotland we bought 500 litres for £800 I could have cried.

I topped up in february thank god but just watching the news Im concerned it wont be resolved before we need more, I checked yesterday when they announced ceasefire yesterday and boiler juice was £1.38 per litre and ttank topper werent accepting more orders. Cease fire obv only lasted 5 mins .
Its nail biting having to depend on oil for heating and hot water atm.
Im.also a bit worried that we wont be able to get any oil when we really need it ( happened to neighbours last month) or its going to bankrupt us this winter :(

£798 for 500 litres as we were on dregs. Same cost me about £300 last time. Heating is staying off.

Our heating is off and turned the tempreture down on the water.

We are in the middle of Salisbury Plain and Oil is our only option unless we went for heat source which we cant afford to put in.

Just over £800 for 500, had to put it on the credit card, like pp wanted to cry at how expensive it was

Fortunately I filled my tank in February, when it was 55p. I’ve just checked and it’s now “down” to £1.26 from a high of £1.60 at the start of the week 😱😱😱😱
