Weymouth recommendations

Off for a few days with my DD9, any must sees? Restaurant suggestions, I love seafood, her not so much! (I’d be happy going to Crab House Cafe but I know they only really cater for fish eaters)
Haven’t been in a few years and want to make the most of our little trip!

I got as far as 'I love seafood' and wanted to recommend Rockfish, and the read the rest of the post , so probably not helpful, but it's more about fish than shellfish if that helps? Other than that I don't know, if I go into Weymouth I go to eat there!

@Flizzywhen DD gets over her fish dislike we’ll definitely be going there! She’s started tolerating salmon at home! So frustrating as when she was small she’d eat everything!

Aww, hopefully she'll get there. When I'm down that way I'm normally on Portland, and most of the restaurants there aren't great. But I've heard that the new incumbent at the marina, Salt, is good. Some friends had breakfast there last weekend and said it was excellent.

In terms of things to do, we went to the sand sculpture place yesterday - would recommend!
