Can anyone give me access to the full version of this paper? I've read that if you contact the authors directly they often grant access for free but as this was written in 1986 I'm not sure they'll still be working. I posted about trying to access a paper before and somebody kindly got me the paper for free, which I wasn't expecting but as I'm on quite a low income and not a student anymore or attached to any institution so if that were possible again I'd be delighted!
