Minecraft Magnetic Blocks

For those of you who have the Minecraft style magnetic blocks (I had originally saw them recommended on here), how many do we realistically need to buy to allow my children to build something decent?

Probably 2 or 3 boxes. DS got a box for Xmas and he does play with them a lot but there’s not much flexibility with one box.

I was going to order a few boxes from Wilko (they have their own brand) or Smyths (if they have stock on time) for an upcoming holiday, but sounds like I might need more than I was expecting.

Thanks - I’ve gone ahead and ordered two boxes from Wilko as they seem to have their own brand (rather than an unknown), so we’ll see how that goes and add to it if they enjoy.

I ordered mine through shein. We got the magnetic boards off temu for them as we found it helps with the building. He got more for his birthday

Also the amount he has is ok for kids to share
