Wife cheated on me... I used to be a very secure, very trusting person but no contact tonight for 3 hours and even though I won't tell her im losing my mind. What can I do...

Divorce?

Why won't you tell her?

If she’s cheated you can
a) forgive and forget (and this will give her a green light for her to do this again)
b) tell her you want a divorce

That sounds difficult, sorry you've been through that.
How has the relationship been handled since the cheating? Did she confess, any counselling or chats together to work through what happened and why, has she provided reassurance it won't happen again? Some people can get through infidelity but not everyone can. Being worried every time you're apart will destroy you. If this is the first time she has been out, it's understandable, but if these feeling continue it's probably best to end the relationship.
