Beauty tips for busy ladies

What’s your number one easy beauty tip?

Mine is tretinoin. I don’t have time for much of a beauty routine but tretinoin means my skin looks pretty great with just spf/tinted moisturiser. Takes 1 min to rub in some tretinoin every other day before bed,

I’d love to have lush hair and effortless styling, but that feels out of my reach at the moment with little kids and working long hours.

Any other beauty tips for a busy mum?

Led face mask 4-5 times a week, 20 mins before bed. I use it as my wind down time before bed

No alcohol, lots of water. E45 body lotion. A decent moisturiser and spf.

i keep hand cream in my car and in my desk at work, so i can use it regularly.

i will put on a face mask, put on some foot cream and paint my nails and then lie/sit down. by the time my face mask is ready to wash off, my nails are try and myfoot cream has absorbed.

a few drops of oil in the bath will moisturise your skin if you don’t have time for lotion.

i use coconut oil as a deep conditioning hair treatment. i will put it on my hair and go about my day (in my home) and rinse off a few hours later.

Not beauty related but can I share a household tip?

You know those smelling beads you put in your washing machine to make everything smell nice? Scent boosters I think? Well if you vacuum a load of them up (I found this tip out by accident after I spilt a load) the smell will travel all around the room as you vacuum and lasts for ages (or until you change the bag)
