Looking for success stories for moving off UC entirely

I’m single with 2 primary age children. I receive £170 in UC a month. I used to get £400ish until my wage increased. I’d like to continue working up the ladder and become self sufficient. Looking for success stories how other people moved up the ladder at work/moved off benefits entirely. Particularly if you are on a single income. Just looking for some hope really that it’s possible as I feel a bit stuck in my career atm.
TIA if you are happy to share.

So you need a pay rise of £3780 per year? What do you currently do for a living and how many hours do you work?
