Any Mancunians around? Need travel advice

Is it possible to get from Manchester Piccadilly to Crumpsall by tram on Easter Sunday?
I’ve looked on the bee travel website and it seems (to me) to be possible but it is very confusing if you are unfamiliar with the tram network.

My dad, who tends to catastrophise and warn against travel there might be rain, snow, wind, crowds, etc, says it is impossible and everyone in Manchester has been told to stay at home. A sensible outside perspective would be helpful!

You should be able to get the tram (bury or whitefield direction)
There’s an app - it’s called bee network or and you could plan the journey for Sunday and see what comes ip
ptetty sure the bad weather is in Scotland and much further north

I think it's about 6 stops, you will need to get a tram to Bury from Manchester Piccadilly.
I'm not sure if there are any works going on so you will have to check that but they have a very good replacement bus service!

There are works this weekend but I believe that line is unaffected.

The Bury line is fine this weekend, might have to get the replacement bus from Piccadilly to Victoria though. Weather is currently blue sky but has been rainy and windy earlier - nothing us Mancs can't handle!
