Pelvic ultrasound

Does anyone know that when you go for pelvic ultrasound that the sonography explains what’s going on or what they see as they do it? Have a scan coming up and quite anxious to know what happening! Possible ovarian cyst endo among some things being looked at

I have had quite a few and each time they have told me but with the caveat of it being ‘unofficial’. They’ve shown me the screen and said this is what I can see and what I think it is but your GP will be in touch with the proper results.
